1) To follow the quality problems together with quality engineer and technical engineer.
需與質(zhì)量工程師與技術(shù)工程師合作跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)線質(zhì)量問題。
2) To have a in-depth study for each quality case both from internal and external ,and supervise it will be executed well after corrective come out.
深度分析每一個(gè)質(zhì)量事件（內(nèi)部和外部投訴），監(jiān)督并落實(shí)好改進(jìn)行動(dòng)。
3) To have a training for new line leaders and new workers .
新生產(chǎn)線長和新員工培訓(xùn)。
4) To specially follow the production problems for the new line /new shifts to be added.
重點(diǎn)跟蹤新生產(chǎn)線和新班次建立，并推動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線基層管理人員跟進(jìn)生產(chǎn)線問題
5) To assist manufacturing manager to perfect the current production rules and procedures/ automatize production lines or testing equipments ,and improve working environments/new renovations to be needed in whole workshops. Namely to analyze the production lines in order to provide some automatic plan proposal to the company, in order to reduce the number of workers and automatize some station when possible, Full detailed cost analysis and project will be follow and implemented by the production Engineer, with quality teams and other team member support,This new candidate could have the function of a production Engineer assistant to the production manager，But he shall also be the leader in charge of production process improvements and automatize when possible,
協(xié)助制造部經(jīng)理改善工作流程，生產(chǎn)線自動(dòng)化改進(jìn)，改善工場(chǎng)環(huán)境，即需深度 分析生產(chǎn)線，并提出自動(dòng)化改善建議，用IE 手法分析減少生產(chǎn)線員工數(shù)量，并減少生產(chǎn)線七大浪費(fèi)，并能獨(dú)立主導(dǎo)生產(chǎn)線工序和流程改進(jìn)，及自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)線方案制定。
Qualification requirement will be as follows（職位資質(zhì)要求）:
1) Electrical component filed is a must, and transformers field Is preferred.（必須在電子行業(yè)工作過，變壓器行業(yè)優(yōu)先）
2) At least 2 years for production problems trouble shooting experience.（至少兩年以上PE/IE 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)）
3) Strong analysis ability for production problems.需有很強(qiáng)生產(chǎn)線問題分析解決能力。
4) Written English is a must, oral English is preferred.（英語需能寫書面表達(dá)能力，口語優(yōu)先）
5) College graduate or above.（大學(xué)�？埔陨蠈W(xué)歷）
